How to Use:
Adjust the seat to the "free slide" position (spring-lock seat pin unlocked), remove the handles, connect the desired amount of resistance, sit on the seat, and place the Leg Press strap around your hips.
Slide forward to the pulley and place your feet in the left and right openings under the pulley.
Attach the belt to the cable and tighten the adjustment straps on the belt by pulling until the belt is tight.
Put your hands on the vertical main frame and push your body backward while placing your feet (one at a time) on the non-slip pads on the pulley frame.
Grab the belt near where it connects to the cable and begin to push backward.
